Prices include ground transportation to and from Sheridan, all food, soft drinks, beer, wine, saddle, tack, horse lease, guides service, and last nights lodging (Customized Cowboy Camp and Clean Up Ride not included). Single repeat person receives a 10% discount. Repeat person with a group receives a 5% discount plus the group rate. TIPS NOT INCLUDED.

There will be a $135 per person delivery charge from Billings to Sheridan.(This service only available one day before and one day after the trip.)

We also offer single teepee occupancy during the week for $175.00

You need to plan on getting to Sheridan and spending the night the day before your trip starts. On some trips we pick you up early in the am.

GUARDIANS RANGE FEE @ $20.00 PER PERSON. which will be added to the total

Booking procedure:

A 25% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. The non-refundable balance is due 90 days prior to the event. Due to enormous pre-trip preparations all monies are non-refundable. Standby:

A deposit of 12%is required to be put on a waiting list. The standby list gives you priority bookingon a trip at a later date if a spot does not open up on the trip you wanted. The 12% would be applied against a later trip and you will be notified 30 days prior to the dates going public on the web site. You then have 30 days to upgrade the 12% to 25%. Once the dates go public it is a first come first serve basis.
