Special requirements: Cattle Drives Up and Down the Canyon.

While the herd is in the canyon we have very strict size requirements for the amount of personal gear we can handle in the pack string. Everything we take must go on the pack mules at this point so we are space limited. You are allowed one bag (navy sea bag which we will provide) in which you must STUFF your sleeping bag, clothes, and personal gear for two days. Your coat, slicker, camera, gloves and lunch will be tied onto your saddle. You will share a tent.

Travel Suggestions:

  • Mid-day arrivals and departures work best for you.

  • You need to arrive in Sheridan Wyoming the day before the trip starts.
